This weekend was another 27 million project workout. What a great turnout we had! There were about 20 of us, I would say, give or take a few. We had news cameras, paparazzi, and some journalists there to document our moves. It was so cool to see the support of everyone there.
The grueling workout was a 27 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
10 power cleans
10 front squat
10 overhead (jerk, push press, shoulder press)
After completion of each round you do ascending burpees.
Round 1= 1 burpee
Round 2= 2 burpees
Round 3= 3 burpees
I had done a few rounds, looked up at the clock, dripping with sweat, and could not believe that only 10 minutes had passed! It was insane. We were so pooped afterwards, everyone did such a great job!
