Our beloved friends from back home are competing in The Crossfit Games Regionals this weekend and I just wanted to give them a shout out to tell them how proud we are! I know they have plenty of fans back home, but no other team will have fans way over here in Abu Dhabi (they of course will win now)!
Two of our best friends that were in our wedding are competing in the team category. They are complete beasts and we know they will give nothing less than their very best. Colin had a really cool article written about him, you can see it here. Ben is an outright Crossfit legend who has the title of 20th fittest man in the world in 2011. BOOM.
We'll be praying for you guys!
